What to do is, make a PvP A/W with a +5 and a 15^50. Equip Wild Blow and see how significant the damage difference is between the +5 and 15^50 pairs at your chosen level of dagger mastery (I'd presume its at least DM:12) in the Isle of the Nameless.
Personally, I'd go for the +15^50 and manage my energy better rather than rely on a bigger energy pool.
Zealous and Sundering are incomparable because they serve two very different purposes so its hard to suggest either without knowing your intentions. I'd go for vampiric over sundering though because I prefer the guaranteed 3 damage over the 1 in 5 chance of extra damage. Zealous could be your energy management though...

+5e is good for skill chains that include e-management, such as BLS and the new Critical Strike. Also very nice if you're running energy intensive combos, and since most damage comes from skills, 15>50 is not as necessary for assassin weapons.
That being said, I'll list prefixes in order of importance to a sin:
1. Zealous
2. Vampiric
3. Elemental
4. Silencing
.
.
.
.
.
1000. Sundering
To give you an idea of what I think are perfect weapons (i.e. what I have now):
15>50 Zealous of Fortitude
15>50 Vampiric of Fortitude
+5E Ebon of Enchanting
The first two see the most use, the third is for more specialized builds or vs. extra physical armor enemies like wammos.

Sundering sucks on daggers. Don't even think about it.
The toss-up between +5e and 15^50 is your build... How energy hungry is it AND could you work with DP?
Well?

Try your build with a PvP char. See if you run out of energy alot, then fix it.

a sin with sundering daggers is pointless. daggers dmg is 7-17, well with a sundering mod (and its only a 20% chance) u MIGHT add i think 1-3 dmg where as the vamp mod always adds 3 dmg and u gain that much life. in other words...its useless to sins.

sundering is bad. However, you always need to build your daggers according to what you intend to use them for. A 20% enchant set on daggers imo is a bad idea. You could just as well get a spear/axe/sword and shield swap and cast your enchantment on the swap before swapping back. IIRC there are very few assassin enchants that need to be cast while in the middle of a fight, IE, with daggers. Therefore, I suggest going with a pair of slashing daggers (very important that they're slashing) with mods depending on your build and a spear/sword/axe and shield swap with a 20% enchant mod on your weapon.
